Canadian Guide: My experience of Poacher

My first Poacher experience was in 2004 when our group from Alberta, Canada was hosted by a British Girl Scout unit. I didn’t have any idea what to expect and was so pleasantly surprised by the event that I took a different group of girls in 2008. I told those girls that it was a week long International event that they would never forget.

Poacher is Lincolnshire’s International Scout and Guide Jamboree – back again for the 11th time in 2021 for a week of fun, friendship and adventure.

Members of the Scout and Guide sections from around the world aged 10-17 inclusive can attend Poacher 2021 as a participant.
